HomeFront Strong is a DoD-funded resiliency program with the University of Michigan designed specifically for spouses and partners of post-9/11 service members and veterans in Michigan. Our 8-week program helps participants learn new strategies to reduce stress, build optimism, and develop positive coping skills. It is also a great way to meet other military-connected partners in the community.
Dinner is provided and a parallel children’s program is offered at in-person groups. A web-based program is available as well.
Participants can receive up to $140 for completing a research evaluation of the program.
