The Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency is offering an Accreditation Training course for anyone interested in learning more about veteran benefits and services.
The goal of the free course is to promote better assistance to veterans and their dependents in obtaining the benefits and services they have earned through their service.
After successfully completing this training, individuals who work for an accredited organization can become accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (USDVA).
The class schedule will be:
Monday 12:30-4:30 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday 8:45-4:30 p.m.
Friday 8:45-12:00 p.m.
Overnight accommodations are available for attendees who are taking this training as a job requirement and will become accredited by the USDVA. If approved for overnight accommodations, hotel reservations will be made by the MVAA and sent out prior to the training.
